Kerri Colombo compassionately helps families and Estate Attorneys prepare a home for sale, from sorting to clearing out, to broom swept and ready for a Realtor, we ease the process for the Estate Administrator.
Eco-Friendly Services Include:
* We’ll sort out items that can be re-used or re-purposed and determine where to donate and distribute to recycle.
* We arrange with local charitable organizations and recycling groups to re-use items and we deliver those that fit in our vehicle.
* We coordinate with local hauling businesses to remove other items for recycling and discarding.
* We broom sweep the house.

Q: Do I need to do anything before Kerri comes?
A: Please review, discuss with family and remove any items that are to be kept by the family or estate. Larger items to keep or items earmarked for timely dispersal should be clearly labeled.
Q: What do you charge & how does payment work?
A: A la carte services are available. Payments are due at the end of each work day.
